Firmware update available since October 2024.
CDC-ECM has been added to the existing RNDIS support. This means that the new firmware supports macOS without driver installation. In addition, Linux will continue to be supported even after the planned removal of RNDIS from the Linux kernel.
An update is recommended for Apple and Linux users!

Detailed instructions can be found in the operating instructions.
- Download and unzip the update file
- Via device website Menu/Setup, then activate ‘Expert mode’
- The update button appears in the ‘System’ area, click and confirm
- The device appears as a mass storage device in the system (like a USB stick)
- Copy the .bin file, eject/unmount USB device if necessary
- The device switches back to normal operating mode, the updated firmware version is displayed in the setup menu
